Founder
AVISER.Legal
was created by Stéphanie J. Roy in 2018.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2001, Stéphanie J. Roy is a business lawyer who practices in securities law and financial regulations for conceiving financial products and structuring their
marketing. She is also regularly entrusted by her clients for M&A operations.
She is very involved in supporting her clients, who praise her dynamic management
of files and relational situations.
She favors a
