With a collective work with AFIC (France Invest) we obtained changing, by Ordinance No. 2014-863 of 31 July 2014 relating to company law, the expert procedure in case of disagreement on the price of Article 1843-4 of the Civil Code. This procédure is widely used in sale-purchase operations and shareholders' agreements.
Financial services
We are regularly involved on questions linked to linked to financial regulations and in particular crowdfunding and fintech.
Financing of the common good and corporate structures andof general interest
We are very active on these matters.
